Google Talk

Google released IM (instant messenger) called "Google Talk". Google Talk's user interface is pretty simple if compare to MSN or Yahoo's.

Google Talk is free for donwload. It is only about 900k. Google Talk is still in beta and requires a Gmail username and password.

During installation, if you have installed Gmail Notify, it will ask you whether want to uninstall Gmail Notifier because Google Talk comes with gmail notifier.

At last, I saw this statement a Google Talk homepage:

Google Talk is not a telephony service and cannot be used for emergency dialing.

Hmm... who will use it for emergency call? Isn't phone the faster way? LOL
