I registered Unifi last week through an agent but don't eligible for the one month free promotion. According to the customer service, apply through agent is not eligible for the promotion and you must apply online. Is that mean Unifi encourage people not to apply from the agent? Then what for they need the agents, I though the agents are the one who bring them $$$.

I also called their customer service line many times to make appointment for installation and get the new phone number but kept engaging. Really don't know what they are doing. They have upgrade their broadband technologies, they should also upgrade their customer service mah! Haiz... wait wait wait

Every time when I reading newspaper or websites and come across advertisement about properties (e.g. houses or shops), I always think how much I will need to pay monthly if after I got a loan from bank. And also what if I put more down payments, what would be my monthly repayment? Will it be much different?

So I decide to write myself a simple program. It is based on fixed rate mortgage. This simple program gives me a brief idea on the monthly repayment I will need to make if I take a loan from bank. Simple key in the total property price, down payment, annual interest rate and terms of loan, then the program will calculate the monthly payment for you.
