Today is the 9th day of Chinese New Year. We are celebrating the birthday of Jade Emperor or in Hokkien’s so call “Bai Tian Gong” at Mengkarak, Pahang. Firecrackers and fireworks are all around at this time. Good night!

Happy Chinese New Year! Today is the 5th day of Chinese New Year and I backed to office and start working today. I wish everyone has a good year and awesome year ahead.
2014 Ang Pao Market Rate
Found this so called Ang Pao market rate from the JayceOoi. The statistic data may not be right or accurate but just as a reference. With the recent prices hike in Malaysia, it seems that the Ang Pao rate also hike. 2014 is a tough year man!
It’s my second year to give Ang Pao and I need to give Ang Pao to my 8 months old daughter as well. It seems the “market rate” for own children is quite low. Why ar? Anyway, the more you give the more you will receive in the future, right?! Of course, within the budget :)

Petronas 2014 Chinese New Year Advert – Young Hearts
Petronas used to produce very heart warming advert for Chinese New Year especially the advert created by Yasmin Admad. There is no exceptional for this year. The new advert named Young Hearts. The advert is simply simple and enchanting. It is about a short story of an old couples being young heart. It reminds us no matter how old we may be, we will be celebrating the Chinese New Year the same way we are doing now and in the past.
