Malaysian 13th General Election Is Coming

Malaysian 13 general election is coming soon. The Election Commission (EC) has announced that the 13th general election will take place on 5th May 2013 and the nomination of candidates will be held at 20th April 2013.

The campaign will takes 15 days – the longest in over the past 30years +. Will this election be still the dirties election ever? Though some parties have tried their effort to make sure every is clean and fair?

Has everyone prepared to come to vote for a clean government that all the Malaysian wanted all the time? You are the boss and you have the right to choose the high caliber person to run your country. Please take your time to vote and do not waste your vote. Your vote is very important to the country. Please do not let the “ghost” to vote for you!

You can check your details as a voter at http://daftarj.spr.gov.my/. Make sure your details are correct. You just need to key in your identity card number. If you haven’t register yet, please check your details also at the website. If you found “some one” has registered for you, it could be some one has stolen your right to vote and become the ghost voter. And it could affect the election result. Please report to

  1. Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya – Call 03-8885-6565 or http://semak.spr.gov.my/sistemaduan
  2. Bersih 2.0 – http://www.pru13.info/aduan

If you are staying outside of your states, please book you bus ticket and do go back to your home town to vote. If you are now at oversea, AirAsia is now having “Fly home to vote” promotion for the period of 22nd April 2013 to 5th May 2013 (to Kuala Lumpur) and 5th May 2013 to 19th May 2013 (from Kuala Lumpur). If you are now in Singapore and failed to book a bus ticket, you can try to contact DapGelangPatah or call 012-7575756. DAP Gelang Patah is giving out free bus tickets to the voters at Singapore so that they can go home to vote.
